We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a premier client who specializes in manufacturing bathroom tissue, facial tissue, and paper towel products. We are looking for candidates who desire to grow and gain experience in the Sandston, VA area!

Job Title: Machine Operator

Starting Rate: $16+/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday–Friday (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

7:45am-4:15pm, 3:45pm-12:15am, 11:45pm-8:15am

Our Machine Operators will:

Operates assigned machines and/or performs assigned production processes.

Utilize slitting machines to take huge rolls of paper, cut to customer size, and perform basic math.

Submit findings to a computer system, after utilizing a ruler to find measurements.

Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Performs quality inspection of finished product compliance against predetermined quality guides or standards.

Machine Operator requirements:

Updated resume to submit with the application.

Mechanical and troubleshooting experience is required.

Basic input skills (computer applications, including manufacturing software).

Must pass basic mechanical aptitude test.

Lead quality inspections with attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and bend for extended periods.

Consistent job history (no job hopping).
